Shipping Policy

Orders leave the studio in 1–2 business days. Transit is typically 7–12 business days to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

Complimentary shipping applies to orders of $50 and above. Below $50, standard shipping is a flat $8.

European Union deliveries are sent DDU. Duties and import VAT, if assessed, are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or prepay those charges.

We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you; reshipment may require a new shipping fee.

You will receive a dispatch note with tracking when the kit leaves. Please allow the full transit window before writing to us about delay.
