Returns

Unopened, unused, sealed kits and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

Paper incense that has been burned cannot be restocked. Once a strip has been lit, it has completed its use. We cannot accept opened kits for resale.

If your order arrives damaged, take a photograph of the parcel and the goods and write to us. Damaged goods are always refunded or replaced.

To begin a return, write to us through the Contact page or at [email protected] with your order number. We will send an address. Return shipping is yours unless the error was ours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the goods. The time your bank or card issuer takes to post the refund may vary.

Digital products

Ritual OS activation keys are delivered by email and on your order page in My Account right after payment. Keys must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase; unredeemed keys expire after that.

Because keys are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once delivered. If a key does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, we will refund it.
