What is paper incense?

A strip of botanical fiber carrying phthalate-free fragrance. You write on it, light it, and let it burn. There is no charcoal tablet and no bamboo stick.

How long does a strip burn?

A few minutes. The ritual is designed to be five minutes, including the sentence you write.

Do I need the brass clamp?

No. A fire-safe dish is enough. The clamp is the tool we prefer because it holds the strip at an angle and keeps the ash in place.

Are the oils clean?

Phthalate-free fragrance. No synthetic dye in the paper. No charcoal. Burn with a window nearby if the room is small.

When will my order arrive?

We ship in 1–2 business days. Transit is 7–12 business days. Complimentary shipping from $50. EU deliveries may incur duties (DDU).

Can I return a kit I have opened?

Unopened and sealed, yes, within 30 days. Burned strips cannot be restocked. Damaged parcels are always made right.
