Returns

Unopened, unused, sealed kits and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

Paper incense that has been burned cannot be restocked. Once a strip has been lit, it has completed its use. We cannot accept opened kits for resale.

If your order arrives damaged, take a photograph of the parcel and the goods and write to us. Damaged goods are always refunded or replaced.

To begin a return, use the Contact page with your order number. We will send an address. Return shipping is yours unless the error was ours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the goods.
